In order to prepare customers for some changes, we have put together a list of guidelines that must be followed as an effort to keep everyone safe during this time.
Customers must make an appointment in order to enter the building.
Because masks are back-ordered, customers will need to provide their own at this time. MASKS MUST BE WORN BY CUSTOMER AND STAFF.
When customer arrives for scheduled appointment, they need to call the office and let staff know they have arrived.
A staff person will unlock the door to let the customer in, and the door will be locked behind them. This is to minimize the amount the people in the office at any given time until social distancing protocols are lifted.
If a customer is running a fever or feeling ill the day of their appointment, they need to call and reschedule their appointment.
